I don't smoke either. It is expensive and smelly and I don't want to pay $$ for that.

i said this in esthetique but doesn't mind repeating.

There are some crime occasion when people gives you drugs for free and let you get addicts so you can buy more from them, it can also be forcing or curiousity. Because of greedness they do not mind if the person will die or not 😃 so it's actually for free if you act innocent and not "addiction"

Cigarette's are a pretty expensive habit. Okay 6 dollars a day at 365 days a year is $2190. If you quit and save the money everyday go to amazon.com and buy used manga at $2.80 a volume that is 782 volumes of used manga and about 1/3 that in new manga. Ahh I wish i smoked so I could quit right now. Kidding. 😛

I tried out cigarettes/cigars/alcohol when I was really young, because of curiosity. Decided they all taste like crap and haven't touched them since.

(if you are intelligent enough you'd figure out what this sentence means but I doubt you are since your little friend is eating your brain out bit by bit).
🤣

Durrr... I ain't smrat engough cuz me so hiiighhh~~

😛

ROFLMAO!

I was away for a little bit

(getting high, lol) and came back to find this huge argument had taken place in my absence. Sorry if I helped instigate this, but I'm never looking for a fight when I post - just a little conversation among peers.

Regardless on how he/she feels on the position, DeLtA_IjK is my new best friend for whipping out the peer-reviewed scientific studies. PubMed rocks my world, as does MEDLINE and BioMed. Sweet that you actually cited a reliable source as opposed to citing "omninerd.com" which made me laugh even before clicking on the link.

So, I suppose that I am incapable of forming a sentence now. ...yeah....

Nope! Everything seems to be working OK!

And still - the same advice as has been being passed around by everyone in this thread, regardless of their own actions, DON'T SMOKE and make sure to brush your teeth every night before bed.
😁

Eehhh....? But I brush my teeth after I get up in the morning...
(or occaisionally when I sleepwalk, and brush my teeth before waking up... xP)

Hahaha.. urgh. And here I was... about to go to sleep without brushing my teeth. Ah well, I guess I'll go brush my teeth now that you've suggested it.

^_^ I bought a new toothbrush today (haha... forgot the one I usually use in my dorm 60 miles away)... so, I'll put it to good use.

Haha yes. The debate was quite exciting... and invigorating.

In response to manick: Yeah... I really don't like the smell of smoke, really... but for some reason, in recent months, when I smell smoke, I don't, like, recoil at its scent... but rather, I feel somewhat attracted to the smell.

...this might be because my professor from last summer whom I worked with closely was a chain smoker. >_<;; I think I was exposed to 20x the total amount of smoke I ever encountered in my life.

ahh!! 😲 i didnt realize this thread. of course i'm going with cigarette. my favourite. u know, for someone who smoke a lot, i think there is nothing wrong with it smell. it just that some brand has a bad smell and some are ok. my girlfriend doesnt seem to have problem with it.

and for those who have stop smoking, be careful with some smoker. they could influence u to smoke again. one example is me. some of my friend who quit smoking end up smoking again because i ask them to do so. yeah, and they took a few month to stop that habit but i took only a week to make them start again. hahahahaha 🤣

damn, am i that bad?

I'm an occasional smoker. About 1pack a month, not enough to be considered addicted but I still enjoy cigarettes, mostly when I'm with friends, cause it feels good (a bit light-headed and cheerful, even if it's only tobacco). I'm fully aware of all the effects it has on health but as long as it's only on my own... 🙄
Still, I've seen too many of my friends trying to stop without success not to be wary of getting really addicted, so I limit my smoking to this pack per month. Pretty stupid ain't it?

The reason I smoke cigarettes is, in a way, exactly the same reason I don't smoke cannabis: I've tried it 2 or 3 times but it made me want to throw up. The last time was bad enough that I don't ever want to try it again...urgh 🤢

No, it all reeks terribly, actually. 🤢

It's just that you're used to it, so it doesn't bother you. That, and the constant exposure to smoke has damaged your sense of smell. Maybe your gf doesn't mind, but I truly hate the smell.

True. It stinks. I hate the smell of cold tobacco on my hair...
I'm hopeless.

Well as far as smell ... most I've smelled, smells bad. But occasionally one of my ex's would smoke clove cigarrettes and those actually smelled nice. Horrible tasting though (sorry, I had to try).

Bad grown up. Wait I'm nineteen. Dammit. An 18 year old can go to war but can't buy a beer. I don't drink but what the hell. Hehe . Random Rambling. Gotta Love it.
