sorry to have to bring some shojo into this discussion of romance but my favorite would have to be in Lovely Complex 😁
When Otani finally confesses to Risa after the basketball game and Risa has fallen asleep. I really liked the mix of heart touching and comedy in the scene. Plus the whole "if you try your best blah blah blah"
but then I'm also of the opinion that i like LoveCom entirely to much and am extremely biased 😉

I'm sure I have lots of favorite confession scenes, but one that comes to mind is wordless. In Kiss, Kae confesses to her sensei by suddenly kissing him. He accepts the challenge and the fun starts.

I really liked when
kurokawa and utsumi kissed in GE It's not very romantic but it felt very real like, something so natural... don't really know how to explain why I like it 🤢

You weren't the first one to mention FMA you know. Someone had already mentioned it from the previous page 🤣
I have yet to see a confession that has really made much of an impact on me. FMA's wasn't that amazing. Funny and cute sure, but not the "best" in my opinion.

i have a confession to mention which is not the best confession but the funniset confession made by a fujoshi. It is very funny (part 2)since it is not from a magical gender-bender.

Most of Risa's confessions in LoveCom, I read it quite some time ago but I remember how sweet it was when Risa confessed, well she confessed more than once but yea I consider all of them cute and sweet.
I don't really remember how the characters in the mangas i had read confessed, but since I can only remember LoveCom, then.. its gotta be the best, atleast for me.

How can no one have mentioned the love confession in Otomen ?! It's by far my favorite.
Half way through the confession some guy decides to stand on a nearby table and commit suicide by blowing himself up.
It's impossible to explain just how strange and hilarious that scene was, along with what happened afterward 🤣
