For me it's the one in Rough when...

Keisuke confesses to Ami, with the thing about him never taking any risks but taking a risk anyway by confessing to her(since she's really pissed at him at the time). And it's awesome when she replies "likewise" without much hesitation xp

Just reread Rough because I wanted to read that particular scene again. I must say it still is the most memorable, if not the sweetest confession I've read. I don't really read much romance though so that's not really saying much ^^
