Decent BL

I've read a good share of BL comics, and they all seem to suffer from the same plot devices, problems, etc.
I've been wondering if there are any, not necessairly "BL", but something that focuses on the life of a gay man, besides the "OMG KAWAII UKE SAMA!!11 ^_^;" stuff that I see almost everywhere.
For example, Yuri has two that I've seen;
Plica and Honey & Honey
These are more focused on women who deal with being lesbians.
If you've seen anything like this, please let me know. I've hoped to see something like this.
EDIT: Maybe the title's misleading...Sorry 'bout that. 🤢

I think most of the series by MIYAMOTO Kano and YOSHINAGA Fumi might be what you're looking for... 😃

I second YOSHINAGA Fumi.
Check out YAMAGATA Satomi 's suff esp. Fake Fur and Honey Baby.
MIYAMOTO Kano has a couple of good titles (e.g. Te wo Tsunaide, Sora wo). But the rest gets a bit repetitive and boring. I don't think they are that similar to Plica and the like in terms of realism.
I haven't read it yet, but you could try Utsukushii Utsukushii Utsukushii.

Try Otona no Mondai by Ima Ichiko, Koi ga Bokura wo Yurusu Hani by Motoni Modoru and Sakende Yaruze! by Takaguchi Satosumi.
