i'm looking for yaoi titles with ukes who are either ugly or considered highly unattractive by others and have relationships with popular and/or very attractive semes. and no make overs to make the uke pretty or finding out he's pretty without glasses or stuff 😀 titles like aitsu no daihonmei... i think i have some other mangas with this theme but i can't find them atm ._.

Itoshii Akuma I'm not 100% sure if this fits because I have not read it, but the categories listed for it sounds like a match.

Sono Yubi Dake ga Shitteiru I would not call the uke undesirable, but it carries the same sort of dynamics of the manga you listed. Same goes for Ijiwaru na Aitsu. The popular seme bully them, but love them at the same time sort of deal.

You may also like the yaoi novel Green Light (Novel). It is not what I would call literature, but still a fun read.

the uke has very low self-esteem about his appearance, causing him to be unsure about his relationships since he doesn't find himself to be attractive enough. Not exactly what you're looking for (since he considers himself unattractive but I don't think everyone around him thinks he's hideous or anything) but it deals with similar insecurities.

Um, a manga I know that I read a bit ago is called Kijima-kun where the majority of people find the uke unattractive. But the seme finds them cute.

If you are okay with manhwa/webtoon: longtime red mall. EVERYONE is ugly. Even the pretty character is ugly. It's great though. Funny and like....oddly sexy and unsexy at the same time.

Manga wise: A near death experience is a cry for love. A lil shoutacon ish (though I think the uke is over 18, just smol) I think the uke is ugly in like a mangy small dog kind of way but has cute moments.

First one is on lezhin, the latter is on coolmic. Both pretty smut heavy
