Hey guys, I'm looking for a manga about a dark twisted male lead who falls in love with a strong female lead. I know this happens a lot in some mangas but the twisted guy never gets the girl. I want a story about a developing romance about the two of them. A scenario could be that he is dark and twisted( cruel) so he could be a ruthless king or a twisted student and I'm not talking shoujo manga tyrant king who are all full of smirks I'm talking RUTHLESS. Like killing people and all the works. The female can't be a dumbass and excuse the behavior of the crazy male lead in fact it would make it more intresting if she hated him. If they get to together because if an arranged marriage they have to truly dislike eachother. Or at least the dislike stem from the male leads behavior. I'm not looking for some horror manga were he ends up killing the chick, but some twisted kind of developing love. It would be perfect if he fell in love first, especially if he himself did not notice it but the signs are obvious to the readers LATER in the story unless the story manages to be good enough to not give off a rushed feeling. AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT let her fall in love after he has sexually harassed her/raped her I'm not saying no rape just not shinjo mayu/yaoi manga style. no hentai yuri and yaoi please thankyou! 😁

Korosareru nara, Isso Sakura no Ki no Shita de is the closest thing I can suggest. It fits most of what you're looking for, but the female lead ... well I wouldn't call her strong. (But it's understandable)
Like I said it seem to fit as best as it could.

Cheese in the trap

The female lead is really smart and strong. The male lead is more like two faced, but believe me, his true self can be really, reaaaaaaaaally creepy.

I second Cheese in The Trap. The male's twisted-ness is odd and subtle while the female lead tries to makes sense of it. This manhwa is largely psychological; not terribly dark, but there is a sense of manipulation going on.
