So, does anyone go to live shows?

Favourites? why?
Any you've been to recently?

The best stage performance I've seen is Circa Survive (yesterday!). The singer Anthony Green's dancing is godly xD Unfortunately I can't find any videos where he goes crazy and I was too busy enjoying it to film. Shame he didn't dive into the crowd, I would have loved a hug, I've wanted to see him live for years now.

Music wise, the best I've seen were Blessthefall, who sound** amazing **live. I have the CDs and have browsed youtube, but it doesn't capture the lead singers voice anywhere near as well, it's hard to describe. The singer left during the tour I went to, so I'll never be able to hear that again, it's a little depressing. T_T

I also loved a Paramore concert I went to a week ago, Haley Williams is cute ;D. They played Sweetness by Jimmy eat world! Went to a 30 seconds to mars concert 2 days ago aswell, Jared Leto is also cute ;D. They played a whopping 17 songs, including their whole second album in order.

Safe to say, I'm very tired right now xD
So, anyone seen any bands/artists recently or have any favourite shows?

I am going to a hardcore show today. Hella excited. Local bands and stuff. I want to go tho the Foo Fighters show in LA on the six of March but it;s hella expensive. And in april i'm going to the Wiltern to see my favorite band the black keys.

And if every thing goes good with this band i;m with, we should get a couple shows pretty soon.

oh this reply is a bastard
seriously
i posted a whole big thing, then it goes to "cannot display this page"
wtf?!?!

but ok
on this topic
i saw Rob Zombie, Shinedown, and Godsmack, for my first concert, in a torrental downpour of rain(and mud from people in the back)
then i saw Breaking Benjamin, three days grace, black stone cherry, crossfade, hinder, and staind
3DG disapointed me, couse when the lead singer of BB came out to sing a song with them, he did a better job on thier song than the actual singer did

Tremont

thats where i see alot of the shows, its alot cheaper than the verizon one, and good bands too.
check it out if you want

Warn: Banned

I go to Linkin Park concerts, and I once went to a Green Day concert. That was a mistake.

Artists/bands I'd like to see live rarely visit Moscow. Muse came in October. Broken Social Scene will be down here in May. Basically 1.5 gigs a year. If I ever move to Western Europe or the States, the ability to frequent cool gigs would be really great.

I haven't been to a concert in a while (2006), last thing I went to was a deftones show in a small ass club, 1500 people in a place built to hold 500 max. Before that I saw Alice in Chains at the same place, but there were twice the amount of people.
Next concert I have tickets to is to The Cure in june. 😀

I love going to gigs - Green Day, Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, Megadeth, Slayer all so, so good live! But nothings beats a good weekend festival. I can't wait to go to Download in June (Donington Park, UK). This years line up includes:- Kiss, Motorhead, Offspring and Judas Priest to name but a few that are confirmed.
I'm soooooo excited! Three days of great music, drinking, smoking and either sunstroke or neumonia (or possibly both)
😁

...just stay away from the Pits and you should be ok.

just looked it up, and your lucky if you get to go, couse there are a few bands that would sell out really quick if they were on their own, let alone with the other bands.

I live in the musical environment so yes quite often. I usually see local or "friend" bands though, and it's usually metal! 😀 😎

Ah i'm trying to get some friends but I think they might ditch to go see Radiohead instead --. And I REALLY wanna go this year because MUCC is playing!! x3. And i'm really confused, are there seats like in bigger places, or is it just a free-for-all like in little clubs? ..
