I don't if a similliar topic has been made or not but i am looking for a confident and intelligent lead who can do anything in a second to achieve his/her goals even if them were bad/killing/sacrificing etc..
in short words cool calm and calculating xP..
such examples will be

Shin Angyo Onishi

The Lead is intelligcant cynical and can use anyone even his closes friend in order to achive his goal

Island

The Female lead is the best protagonist i read so far xP..
can't put it into worlds but if you read it you know what i mean
Series close to this is really preffered xP

Mahou Tsukia Kurohime

also the female lead is inteliggent looks through battles and countres effectively

The Lead Knows his Pros and uses it wisely in his advantages
