Cerberus in Kingdom Hearts just because he's a pain to defeat. It's not impossible but considering his level he takes me longer to defeat than the high level bosses what with all the jumping on his back, falling off then running around waiting for another chance.

Other than that i've never particularly hated a video game character, there are some I like more than others obviously but I can't think of any others that I have an extreme dislike for.

I hate the pointless quests you get sent on though and they always seem to involve some obstacle which involves pressing 4 different buttons at once to get past, like that ledge you always fall short of reaching or river you can't ever jump. You spend longer trying to complete those annoying quests than you do on the actual game it seems. They always drive me to the point of insanity and I usually end up turning my playstation off before I put the controller through the tv, lol.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

I think I speak for many when I say this. The owl that gives you useless information in "The Ocarina of Time". You sit there and spam "A" or whatever button you use (if your on a emulator.) And at the end he asks " Did you get that?" with "no" as the default answer.

Anyways, his personality and behaviour has made a huge U-turn in FF Tactics: A2. Well, not really huge, but you get what I mean I hope. He changed somewhat, and for the best.

He still had some mature moments in the original FF XII though. Like when he gave that speech to Ashe on some bridge, or the things he said right before the 'final boss'.

@Kaneko: How can you not like Tifa? 😲 She's one of the more well-developed female characters in the FF series. Disregard the original FF VII, but look at FF VII: Advent Children and the short FF OVA: The Last Order. She's portrayed well there, I think.

I liked her in Advent Children, she was just amazing, but in the original, I found her a bit boring.
And also, I never found what was wrong with Tidas and Vaan, I liked then but everyone said Tidas was whiney and Vaan was...I dunno what he was really.

I don't think there was anything wrong with Yuna 😲 She really changed in X-2 I think, and tried to be more assertive.

Atm, hating Riku in KH 1, it's like "DIE! DIE! DI-no, he killed me again..." 🤣
