Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatte Iru Darou ka - I only saw the anime, but it fits, greek mythology if I remember correctly
Suijin no Ikenie - quite unique world, a complicated relationship
Spice & Wolf - harvest goddess and traveling merchant, very good
Kami-sama Hajimemashita - if we count familiars as something god-like 😉 (and the human girl temporarily have god powers)
Sailor Fuku ni Onegai! - same case as above
