im looking for a manga with romance and has an assassin. like the assassin falles in love with the person he/she is going to kill. some where around those lines.

Immortal Rain - This series is about Machika, a young assassin whose burning purpose is to kill a man whom no one has ever been able a kill—the supposedly immortal Methuselah. Things, obviously, don't go entirely as she plans. This is an amazing, amazing manga. Please ignore the beginning art style, which looks slightly old-style. The art style continues to improve. It's amazing! I would strongly advise you to give it a chance, at least until volume 3. If, at that point, it is certainly not your thing, then there's no helping it, but this is one of the most amazing underrated manga in the world.
