well I just started reading Immortal Rain and I was wondering if you guys know some mangas/manhwas that relate to the topic....and it would be BETTER if it has some romance in it... 😛

The only manga I remember dealing with immortality are about vampires and such.

Vampire Juuji Kai has very long living vampires... Like akabara, who's like 1500 years old? I'm not sure, because I haven't been reading it lately due to no releases...

You could read BLAME!, but you've probubly read or heard about it. No romance, but something like immortality it does have... Won't spoild~

But since it was posted in shoujo/josei, I suppose the intent was to only look for shoujo/josei series, in that case, I can't be of that much help.

Ok, maybe Vampire Girl, it's about vampires, so they are kinda of long lived, and has all the shoujo romance drama you might like. (I'm no pro... I just read it because I was giving josei a shot)

On non shoujo, maybe Blade of the immortal: The main character is immortal, romance? I don't really feel like it... but maybe a faint little hint somewhere...
Actually most shounen/seinen have an immortal character somewhere... mostly as an antagonist though...

Mermaid Saga

Vampire Game, though it's less immortality and more ability to be reincarnated... though, when you think about it, that's a kind of immortality too...
A Thousand Years of Snow - again, vamps.
Her Majesty's Dog - has very long-living, maybe immortal, characters, as they're not human...
Model - vampire story... it's a gothic manhwa. May not be your thing.
Bloody Kiss - vampires, big surprise by now.
