Oh man...many, many anime/manga have made me cry...
Fruits Basket, Socrates In Love, X (episode 16 ;😉, Loveholic (Dai-chan's back story ;😉, Fullmetal Alchemist (episode 7 and 25, of course), Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle (Vol. 14), Nana, Naruto (the end of Vol. 3 ^^;😉, Death Note (episode 25 ^^;😉, Fushigi Yuugi (Vol. 7, ending of 8/beginning of 9), Ceres (Vol. 7/8), Elfen Lied, Romeo x Juliet, Aka-chan to Boku (the arc in which Takaya learned why his parents got married/his grandma tried to steal him away), Sand Chronicles, and Little Butterfly (such a sweet ending ;_😉 have all made me cry for various reasons 🤣
Oh yeah, I also cried (happily?) while I was reading Rurouni Kenshin, when he "comes back":
You know, when Kenshin leaves that village he went to after Kaoru "died" and goes back to those waiting at the dojo Even I was surprised I cried because of that 🤣
Other ones that almost made me cry:
Code Geass (so many evil cliffhangers, like 23 and 25...), Tokyo Babylon (I would have cried if I hadn't already known what was gonna happen ;_😉, xxxHOLiC (many depressing moments), Life, Chobits, Rumbling Hearts (Kimi ga Nozomu Eien), Saiyuki (such sad back stories!), and Fake (there were a couple of really sad parts, like in Vol. 5).
By almost I mean almost, like tears in my eyes 🤣
So I have a soft heart, sue me 😛

Now pokemon is just boring...
On the Ova o Samurai X
When the girls gets between Kenshin and the other guy and Kenshin cuts her
By the way, otakubaybay made me feel like reading the manga 😀
In the final episode of Ragnarok
In Lovely Complex
When the things Koizume made for Otani to study got blown away by the wind
There may be other but I can't remember now, I will be watching Basilisk soon and I think it will make me fell like crying too.

yeah, when i was 11 i seriously weeped my eyes out on a pokemon chapter.
the one where ash decides to leave pikachu in the forest cuz he thought pika will be more happy with his friends. 😢
