I had teary eyes watching rumbling hearts, saikano, elfen lied (last episode), gundam seed destiny (when that blonde chic died). There are probably more but I can't remember them

I'm a crybaby. I cry at happy moments, sad moments, touching moments... I can't even count. XD I even cry at scenes that peopel don't usually cry to.

But I guess the real tear jerker for me was Mucha Kucha Daisuki. I can't even read it again...^^;

Yeah, that was sad.. When Kei was all alone.. Or when his girlfriend was killed.. There were definitely sad moments in Gantz..

No kidding. I've seen all 26 episodes and didn't really feel sad about any particular episode. I think I was only interested in what will happen in the end, whether he will die or not.

You're talking about the anime..? o.O The anime has nothing on the manga.. 🤣 It's at least 10x better..

Never saw the anime, and the manga never made me even remotely sad.

must be hard on ya, i mean what makes Gantz great is how Kei develops from a cold uncaring person to a person who values a human life.

Maybe your definition of "sad" is different then. I have always found the slaughter of good and/or innocent people "sad", although other emotions exist there as well, such as frustration and anger. A lot of folks here are defining "sad" in terms of broken romance and the like.

What emotions did you feel when reading Gantz? Not trying to be insulting; I'm simply curious.
