But again, Iatchi alone could kill half of soul society without even doing very much. The Bleach characters have a high offensive power but the Ninjas of Naruto have so much nasty stuff up their sleeves... no, Shinigami... they don't stand a chance !

Don't forget demon magic, man. That stuff can be nasty. Plus, the shinigami can sense one's reiatsu, which I guess maybe can be equated to chakra, so genjustsu would be less effective.

Well, the problem is we haven't seen very much of the demon magic so far, about 6/7 different spells or so. And so basically the shinigami have around 3 or 4 different ways to attack (with bankai), but most ninjas have a wide range of jutsu. Ok Naruto himself is a loser on that score 😀

But take Orichmaru for example the guy is a monster.

Uhh two words Senbonzakura Kageyoshi. That move alone could kill like ten people. Not to mention the fact that most Bleach skills are unlimited whereas in Naruto they have to worry about chakra conservation, stamina, and whatnot.

Well, we have seen so far, a way of binding up to 99(or higher?) and way of destruction over 60. Also there are dual incantations, and since the incantations are not needed in every use of the magic, it's faster. And, we have yet to see the all of strongest characters in Bleach in action, were as we have in Naruto.

Actually ninja's can also sense genjutsu, just check the time when Kabuto used it on the Leaf's shinobi during the Gaara vs Sasuke fight... it's just that they can't escape it.
Meaning Sharingan and any other jutsu that doesn't depend on brute force (shinigami appear to be superior in that) would pawn all of soul society. Meaning genjutsu would become almighty 🙂 Lol Kurenai might actually be useful for once
