Well I`m looking for a main character that had a really hard trusting other people...
Even if the people around him are willing to be helpful or are nice people in general...
It would be nice if the MC push them away, and looks likes he hate them...or something along those lines...

Vinland Saga - definitely (seinen, there's some violence)
Natsume Yuujinchou - I'm not sure (shoujo)
Wolf's Rain - but the manga is not very good, the anime is much better (classified as seinen, but I think the manga is more like shoujo, the anime is more violent)

Kokou no Hito - solitary person.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - Onikakushihen - the characters slowly stop trusting each other and fall into paranoia.
