Custom Lists.

Yes I use custom lists. I find them very useful.
I have several wish list. One of oneshots, one for ongoing manga, one for unscanlated manga, one for the next set I'm going to read. Along with a few complete lists. One for Oneshots, Yaoi, Harlequin, and Hentai. I mainly separate my complete lists so I can better recommend things. If I'm in the yaoi/yuri section I just go to my complete yaoi list and it's a lot easier to find things. Same if someone wants something in the I'm looking for section, but doesn't want oneshots. It's already out so I don't have to see those.
Other custom lists One for rushed/axed endings, well known, Alice in wonderland related, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni ( because it has 16 mangas)
I'm starting to think I should make another custom list for a 2nd reading list ...
I currently have 19 custom lists ... soon to be 20, and I don't think it would stop at 20.
Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos

I have a few custom lists, mainly to divide my wish list. So I have one for the manga that are not completed yet (airing), one for completed manga (completely scanlated or published in Spain) and one for one-shots. I also have a custom list for the manga that I've started and should hurry up and finish them already.
