It's an awesome manga that I recommend almost everywhere, but who is pregnant or married there?

Only one I can come up is Happy World, but there is A LOT of ecchi, so you're advised to not pick it up if you dislike ecchi.

Here's my suggestion then, it's not teen pregnancy(not that i know that many, cuz tthe only one i know is Bitter Virgin) it leans more towards life of a married teen couple, check it out 🙂

Ok, I understand your point, even if if we take in consideration only the ending and not the main theme of the manga there are too many manga which can fit:

Love Hina, Mahoraba, Suzuka, ...

I was just compelled to remember another manga that I read a few years ago about the same thing. Though at the time I only read one chapter and it still has not been completed. Though it has 3 chapters out now.
