I've completely fallen in love with this series over the past few days, and unfortunately I can't get enough, so I'm trying to find something like it.
Dark, filled with action, but I don't really want anything that's gory. Hope people can help me. 🤣

I was actually directed to Kuroshitsuji from another series because of some similarities, when I was looking for a series that resembled the one I was reading. When it comes to similarities, I'd suggest checking out Nabari no Ou if you haven't, already.
It has lovely art (though admittedly different, especially as the author slips into her own style as she goes on) and has many of the same elements that Kuroshitsuji has, and is serialized in the same magazine.
Nabari no Ou has the same sort of random comedy that Kuroshitsuji has, and blends it with much darker scenarios, and definitely dances around BL-ishness with the lead characters, while never reeeeally making it canon. Depending on your preferences, that could be a good or bad thing. xD
It's an amazing series that I'd totally recommend, though.
As long as you can stand the ninjas. >>;;
Thankfully, the ninja-ness is in a thouroughly NOT-NARUTO-esque sort of way.

I agree with Count Cain and Nabari no Ou. Count Cain was actually what came to mind when I was reading Kuroshitsuji. However, if you don't like tragedy and dark themes (darker than kuroshitsuji in a way) then it might not be for you. Nabari no Ou, on the other hand is about ninjas (not even comparable to naruto. and if anyone says it is i will seriously shoot them 🤢 ) and it is really a great manga as well ^^

Eh? Alae?! Rofl!!! I didn't knoe you're a member here! Fancy seeing you too! =DDD
and yea.. I'm still a noob in this forum but the threads here are so freakin interesting!
@Nabari No Ou?
I do agree with both of you..There's similarity in the art and yea.XD although Ninja's not really my thing but it does fit the criteria.
Count Cain is A MUST READ. There are two parts of the Cain series that Kaori Yuki made, Count Cain and Godchild. Both have the same characters..but different artworks since Kaori Yuki had improved her art by the time she made the Godchild. If you haven't read the manga, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you downloading straight to volume.6 of the Cain Series.

@ Obin: I've been here for a long time, but mostly read rather than post. xD The threads here really are fun. =)
@ Nabari no Ou: Yeah... I am definitely not into ninjas, either. ^^;; When I'm asked what the series is about, I make sure to mention the ninjas last, since Naruto has kind of given them a bad name. Not that I hate Naruto or anything, but Nabari is so drastically, amazingly different that it's sad when people think Ninjas = Naruto and lump it together with that. le sigh
