I recently started this one and really like it. The romance at the moment is light, and it's not completed, but I think it's definitely worth the read.

Hana to Akuma - I've only read 5 chapters so far. Pretty sure it fits though. This one is also complete.
Niehime to Kemono no Ou - I've only read 3 chapters so far. This was the closest thing I could think of to what you were asking for. This one is still ongoing.

Nonhuman Male Lead without Romance
Somali to Mori no Kami-sama - Male lead is more of a father figure to the young female lead.
Totsukuni no Shoujo - Similar to Somali to Mori no Kami-sama. Also, the artwork for both of these is really good and unique.

Completed. Has fantasy, and if I remember it correctly, not much romance since it's quite short. It's about a girl who encounters a male 'fairy'. I do remember I like it though!

Sarashi Asobi
Completed. Romance between a grim reaper and a girl who's about to die. Very sweet, and I find the male lead's design a bit unique. Love this <3.

Ginzatoushi to Kuro no Yousei - Sugar Apple Fairytale
Completed. Only hints of romance, but it's a very light and cute manga. About a girl who strives to be a Sugar Master, and along the way, she meets a fairy/elf.

Abide In The Wind
Original Korean webtoon is already completed, but the English scanlation is still ongoing (currently there are 130+ English episodes available to read). I recommend this if you like fantasy/adventure, since the romance is not the ONLY thing in the webtoon, but it has a very strong role - Oh, and also if you like possessive male leads. It's about a girl who helps a dragon to mature so he can leave the Earth.

Nageku Shinigami
A lovely oneshot.
Summary:

Rondo is a death god who must retrieve the souls of dying people with a kiss. However, when he meets his next target, he finds himself distracted from his task by her sunny personality.

Wild Wing
Completed. If I remember correctly the guy IS a human, but he has monster-like features due to an experiment. The series is quite short, but there's one hot kissing scene 😉 .
