I believe it is alright if what you are steal cost a assload fo money so if you steal a cd no but if it is a movie you have to track down (Eraserhead). I believe it is fine.

I really don't care either way, I download, right or wrong i don't know.
Its just one of those things that ya run into more and more nowadays, and since I'm willing to accept whatever comes of it should something happen, i see no problem.

Illegal Downloading, i am a firm believer in try before you buy specially with music, in which case if i do like the album i will go out an purchase it, that is if i can find it in CD shops etc. With software anime it is different, i tend to pirate stuff that i already have a legal license for ie windows, but still get something like the coperate edition dont have to deal with the call up microsoft for permission to install bulls***. Or im just not gonna use the software enough to warrent purchasing it, yet being stuck with a 'limited & or free' version does not satify what i want to do.

well, I think sometimes I feel "okay" to do illegal things.
I don't want to support bad music, bad film
If I think they deserve my support, I'll sure buy their CDs, etc legally 😉
So, first, I'm going to try the so-called illegal downloads available on the net, then, if I like it, I'm going to buy it
Same with manga. I bought a lot of crappy manga because I didn't know what's inside. Now, I'm going to choose what I like and show my support. I'm going to read the scanlation but at the same time, I'm going to buy the manga for my collection
and internet actually helps those good musicians, or whatever outside there. Artists shouldn't worry people not going to buy their music. Sucks musician, yes, they should worry but awesome bands like radiohead, snowpatrol, coldplay, etc... I'm sure fans will show their support

I don't think it's right, but I don't think it's the most horrible thing in the world. 🙄
With manga...can I really help it? English companies only license a handful of manga, I'm greedy. 😛 (I'll wait until I get a stable job till I start buying...well, I buy raw ones, but I can't read those. T_T)
Music...cough I don't DL music much anymore, usually just go on imeem, last.fm, etc. and just listen. My ipod is on the table gaining dust...

Movies...only the Asian ones, how else would I get them?
For the American ones, pshh, that's what movie theaters are for! 🤣

I hardly read them in real life nowadays, lol, no need to search for them online. If I really want to read a book (probably not anytime soon...), I'll just go to the bookstore and buy it. 🤣

Pretty much the same... but I hardly ever "buy" a book, even if they are translated to spanish or even if I can find the english edition in my local suppliers -_-
I just ask myself, Why buy what I can get for free? and the answer is just one

i do a bit of downloading but as they say "time is money" so alot of the time i cant be bothered waiting and just go out and buy whatever it is.
But i often leave the computer downloading while i go to sleep, the thing is i think they will eventually crack down on it and while a huge QQ is going on i think il just sigh and say not surprised.
