First manga was Ichigo 100%...

After getting into manga and finding out how much more absorbing and seeing the huge difference in quality I gave up anime for a long time because it just couldn't satisfy me anymore...well, until recently since I've basically exhausted all the manga that is even remotely interesting to me. I've even had to resort to rereading many of my favorites over time.

Manga-wise, Doraemon and Sailor Moon as a kid. I must have been around 6-7?
Anime-wise... I remember Doraemon, Sailor Moon, DBZ, Crayon Shin-Chan (sp? and some other kids animes meant to teach you morals. There was one with a grandpa panda.... God what was that called?

First anime, it was quite a while ago when I was 7 or 8 but I think it was either Rurouni Kenshin or Slam Dunk!
First manga was one piece and from then on I was hooked on manga. 😀

Hmm... my first manga was Marmalade Boy. I was eleven, and it was the only thing my middle school had to offer. shrugs It's not very good, but hey, I was eleven. I hadn't had time to develop taste. XD

My first anime was.. erm.. Naruto, since my older brother liked it and wanted me to watch. I only watched the first couple of episodes before stopping, though.

My first anime (of my own choice, on the other hand) was Saiunkoku Monogatari.
