First Manga: Full Metal Alchemist
My friend talked about it a bunch of times and it sounded interesting, so one day when I was over I asked if I could borrow it. I read the first three volumes that day and I really liked it. I didn't actually read any manga besides that for quite a while afterwards. Of course, I've read many series by now.

First Anime: Pokemon

My first anime was Junjou Romantica. I found the anime/manga world directly trough BL, a thing I have ever needed but I didn't ever dream it could exist. This happened in December 2008. After that my life is not the same. 🙂

My First Manga was Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki

Tenchi Muyo was also my first proper Anime 😎 where I listened to the Japanese Audio, with English Subs.
It made me appreciate how much better the Japanese voice actors are to their US counterparts.
