wondering if any know any good manga where one of the main characters has multiple personalities. No stories about twins (nice/mean kind/cold etc) but where one person actually has multiple personalities. Serious or light hearted don't matter.

I wouldn't go as far to call this a "split personality", but in the beginning part of the story the female lead's attitude changes greatly if there are people in front of her. The male lead also does a more severe version of this in the later half.

Pandora Hearts, i think, fits too. be carefull though, multiple personalities there could be explained from supernatural point of view, mb it's not exactly what you looking for. same thing goes to Rosario to Vampire, btw.

Later, it's mentioned that the protagonist even thinks of himself as two separate people, 7 year old Daren and 9 year old Dark Sun.
