Question for Female Otakus

Poll
Why do girl Otakus never try to find guy otakus?
Guy would rather look at anime girls then me
Guy has no money/jobs
Guy is to lazy
Guy is to nerdy
They are not cute as the guys from animes/mangas
I wanna be the nerd and find a cool boyfriend
Why find a boyfriend to busy with anime/manga

I have no idea when it comes to these. laugh
Maybe girl otakus just want to have someone that is not
a mirror image of them or maybe they have been reading too
much of that perfect boy shit. =_= Maybe not, not all otakus are
fat and ugly lazy lifeless beings. I can even see my abs. biggrin
I still am lazy... but it does not take an otaku to be a lazy bum.

Dude right on... sometimes I think they do read to much of the perfect boyfriend stuff and maybe expect to much? Maybe there to shy to come out and say they are? Who knows...

HAHA, i havent really seen a super otaku in real life, maybe cuz i live in israel... SIGH.. i know a guy who is interested in anime from my school and we get along just fine, but i have a hard suspicion that its bcuz he's GAY. i had a best friend who liked anime and manga and said himself-"i like shoujo". GAY.
my teammates are a bunch of immature players that are crazy over (western) cartoons, and once in a while they take a peek at my japanese notebook (self study) and try to figure it out but they r not into "these weird things".

Can you actually say that he is gay just 'cause he likes shojo?
Even I can read shojo, yet am I gay?
I cannot be gay anymore if I've already been with girls and felt alright. <.<

I don't think it's the "perfect boy" as much as the "bad boy"...

Don't good girls (I think majority of otaku girls are goody-two-shoes) typically go for the bad boys? At least the younger ones, and otaku guys don't really have that dangerous, exciting vibe that makes girls' go crazy, you know.

eh, for me, i don't like dating. maybe it's cause i'm lazy in that sense, having to be nice all the time, having to call/talk to them every day, talking to them online.. yea too much of one thing bugs me. as i always say, i like being free as a bird. no restrictions =]. and also all the noticeable otakus i know of at my school are just a little creepy.. and all the ones i don't notice... well i dont know them now, do i?

moritana-I agree with everything you just said. **cough 19-20 bigrazz

I enjoy reading/wasting money on anime and manga, does that make me a female otaku? Or do I have to be obsessed with manga and anime to be considered as a female otaku.

Back to the question.
where did you get that idea that girl otakus never try to find guy otaku from? pfsst, lies I tell you, lies.
