at the time of his death his brain was swolen 13% of its total mass....may not sound like alot but when you consider the brain is encased by bone...yea
also they didn't test for how much thc was in his system...he had smoked a hell of alot of hash apparently

I don't think anyone has ever died from THC. Well, not immediately. Like, maybe from tar, or something. Also, it's not going to cause brain swelling. And you've got to remember that toxicity within the blood stream is going to remain constant. Unless you're some sort of undead, you're body is not going to be processing chemicals after death. That would be amazing.

you are correct you cannot process chem after death....but he wasn't brought to the hospital when he collapsed...he was at his mistress's house and passed out...it was hours before she found him
and yea you cant die from thc but a combo of thc, muscle relaxants and having a pre-existing disorder will kill you

put it in this perspective
your body is facked...you are very weak
you smoke hash...(its like super pot) and take muscle relaxants
...
your not going to be in a good condition...now add the nobody finds you for hours after you get realy messed up....
