WinRAR. The only one I use. 😀
Started with it and didn't feel like searching for others. It works fine for me so why bother.

I used powerarchiver back when it was freeware. It was great until I accidentally updated to a newer version and then it went to shit. Since then I've been using winrar.

I use 7zip now. I did use Winzip, but it started to give everything without folders, so I gave it up.

I have like four of them installed on my computer. Archive Utility does .zip files for me instantly. I have The Unarchiver for basic .rar files. Some password protected files require me to use Stuffit Expander. I have 7zX installed for the rare occurrence I come across a .7z file (it can also handle split, multi-part .rar's).

I use WinRAR because it's the first one I ever used and never had any problems with it either and well I'm just too lazy to get any other one 🤣

WinRAR, a .rar file is usually more compressed than a .zip and if you need to compress it in .zip WinRAR does that. It also deals with .7z

I use WinRAR, because it does what I need it to do. As for the best? I have no idea. Don't they all just.... unzip things? O_o
Winzip unzips, and Winrar winrars 🤣
They both compress-decompress files into multiple compressed filenames though, if that is what you meant.
