I used to use 7zip; it's pretty good, but very basic. Lately, I've been using ZipGenius. It supports Rar, Zip, and even the more exotic formats, has a nice interface, and is actually free. (I know, I know -- you can pirate WinRar, but I can't be bothered.)

I used ZipGenius. Doesn't support rar files, the theme is what i called "Good", it was rated second of the best archivers after all XD (first if power archiver, of course).
WinZip and Winrar are simple, and fast too, i love it XD but i want more than simple 😛
And so far PowerArchiver is easy, and nice skin they have 😎

I've used ZipGenius for years... it has nice features, though I've found it to be slightly glitchy. That may have more to do with dubiously archived files than the actual program though.
(It can extract .rar files but can't do anything else with them I believe)

Winrar. Simple and effective. Can extract almost all type of compression.

WinRAR doesn't work on my image viewer so I'm prone to WinZIP. RAR is better, though.

WinRar... Though I have it set to automatically compress to .zip instead of .rar. It can make the self-extracting files and all that. Plus it's good for if you're messing with multiple files, you can set it to put multiple folders into separate archives or choose not to store the paths. Plus you can scan through multiple compressed files to check for errors.
