Hello! I'm looking for shounen/seinen manga that seem more suited to a female audience than a male one? I'm saying shounen and seinen, because they're more fun to read, and also because I don't want a shoujo manga which focuses on romance and uneccessary things too much. I want it to have good art, but not just the girls, but also the guys. No ecchi or an overload of panty shots either please!
Describing this more is hard, so here are some examples:

Araburu Kisetsu no Otomedomo yo.
Runway de Waratte - the gist of it anyway
Oogami-san, Dadamore desu - If I remember correctly. Though, I think it was also ecchi, so without that.
