I'm looking for a serie involving love between the master (girl) and bodyguard/butler (boy)! BUT I would like the girl master to not be stupid and innocent (typical shoujo girls...), but she must have a real personanality like Sei in Hana No Kishi 😀

Do you mind if the master is a boy and the bodyguard is a girl? If so, you might like Kimi wa Boku no Toriko Nare. The manga is unique, to say the least, and the female bodyguard is absolutely not a stupid and innocent type.

Shinobi Life sort of fits, and from what I remember, the heroine did have plenty of spunk even without her bodyguard around.
Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri is another. It's slow-paced (so far) but really cute.

these are two where the girl is the bodyguard, but both very good.
first is Tokyo Crazy Paradise. on of my favourites.
Grand Sun is the next. this one is a bit short but still quite good.
