I'm looking for more manga that have main characters with psychological issues. I've read Yaya, but I was wondering about any other manga about people dealing with medical and/or psychological problems.

The lead in Welcome to the NHK! has quite a few psychological issues.
Second The Hour of the Mice for its sheer awesomeness, but it may not be exactly what you're looking for.

Mahoraba she has MPD but it's lighthearted comedy.

i think he most likely has OCPD rather than OCD, since he is obsessed with perfection which is more common in ocpd rather than ocd... but im no expert.
