Hm.. superman and goku ; hard to say really.
First because the concept creating 2 charater is different. The manga japanese create a invincible character in their story; DC create a super hero. If you say Goku has many skill of fighter; may i remind you it just stand of fighting or ki/chi something like that; the basic of all Goku skill still back to this stamia; strenght; speed; accurate. Learning martial art just mean you will increase your chance of block; counter and atk first
Goku is a super saiyan or whatever he is ( i hate dragon balls; stupid fighting manga without any purpose ); we just know that superman is the last of kryptonite; we dont know if he is the stronger or not; so we can't assume anything.
Let's talk about experient; i will say superman; cause i am sure that superman out live goku; therefor his exp is higher.
If we talk about speed or strenght; we dont know for sure which one is better; cause goku alway doing his best to fight; while superman alway holding him back to not destroy the earth. Yes yes we all know that superman speed is at light and superstreght; but in DC remind us that he alway holding him back to not destroy the earth. At this point i will say superman is better.
If you say about indestructable body; we know that Goku has been hurt many time lead to bleed. But superman can be hurt but hard to destroy; yes you can hit him hard/ hard enough for him to feel the pain; but it harder to cut him open There are only few things able to do that : kryptonite and magic.
Some of you compare SM heat vision and Goku kame....; those atk wont connect each other at all; cause one is ki and other are light; and they will just pass each other and hit them. Remember SM is created on 1932 when tech is very low; every still believe in lazer or x-ray is strong; while Goku is create in 1984; it's 52 years of changing; so if you want to compare you have to compare the latest update of superman ability.
Some said about instant transmit or something of Goku; remind you; it just instant teleport his body from on place to another; it's doesn't mean his speed his higher or his atk is faster; he just better at sneak attack and run away with it.
Remember on crucial point; goku power is strenghten through training as at the begining of manga; after that thourgh dead and reborn; so his power is limit just increasing due to dead and reborn - most of all his manga is finish 🤣 - while superman power increase through years; when he was young he just like other human; through growing up; he power is developing and increasing; he has more power than that most reader know; and above all he comic can still be releasing.

I agree with tactics. Superman is pretty much indestructible since you cant use kryptonite, so i think Superman would win in the end, though it would be a long fight.
But i want Goku to win since he is cooler than Superman.

superman has laser beams and ice breath, goku has the kamehameha wave (red version in ss4 form)
goku can sense chi while superman can't so ge'll just teleport away, charge up his energy, then teleport back and fire, like during the cell games.
