Thought it says incomplete with only 1 volume out, all the volumes are actually out 15-volumes and translated you just gotta check it out, and the manga is complete so do some research~ 🙂

Antique Bakery - 4 volumes complete. One of my favourites.
Haito Diamond - 4 volumes complete. I haven't read it, so I can't say whether you should give it a go or not.
Wagamama Dakedo Itoshikute - 5 volumes. Not one of the best yaois out there, but if you like pretty drawings you could give this one a go.
Boku wa Konomama Kaeranai - 6 volumes complete. I also haven't read this, but it's definitely on my 'must read' list.
Yume no Kodomo - 6 volumes. Another one of my favourites.
Shitsuren Mania - 7 volumes ongoing.
Wild Adapter - 7 volumes ongoing.
Ai to Yokubou wa Gakuen de - 10 volumes ongoing. Another mediocre yaoi.
Bingo! - 16 volumes.
Zankoku na Kami ga Shihaisuru - 17 volumes.
X - 19 volumes but sadly on hiatus.

Honto Yajuu is really good and is currently at 9 volumes and still going. 🙂
