Eternal optimist here.

So much so that I go "well, the worst thing that can happen is death and even that is alright because I won't even know I'm dead, life goes on and humans keep on building". I have absolute faith in the fact that the universe will not end, so that so long as it doesn't, everything's fine.

I'm kind of more optimistic than pessimistic.
Although some say that it would be better to be pessimistic, cause when you fail, your disappointment would be easier to bare, cause it's like you were expecting the worst, and when you achieve something your happiness is endless, cause you just thought that you won't succeed, and here it is a surprise 🙂

Kind of a 'calculative' way of thinking tough.

I am a realist. I'm optimistic when people are pessimistic. I'm pessimistic when people are optimistic. That way people can start to think with reason.

In other words, if you were to ask me if my glass is half empty (pessimistic) or half full (optimistic), I would say "Who cares? I need more."

Um, both at once if that's even possible. I am by nature pessimistic but try very hard to be optimistic because I'm sick of my own cynicism.

I'm generally just a little pessimistic (arguably you could just call it being a realist), but when it comes to humans and human nature I become extremely pessimistic. It's not as though people constantly tell me that I'm overly cynical though, so I suppose it's nothing too extreme. I think it makes a bit more sense to look at things negatively than positively, you tend to be more prepared for difficulties that way.

Haha, who knows? I used to be really pessimistic, but now my attention span is just way too short for me to actually care about anything, either way. My motto in life: Sh*t happens. So does that make me a pessimist or an optimist? Or just ADD?
