You can try to reword it all you want, your true nature will always come out.
If you ask me if my glass is half empty or half full... I'd say "It doesn't matter. All that matters is I need more."
The minimum content is 0. Twice the minimum is still 0.
Maximum content= capacity, not full. Partial capacity= not full.
So, the glass is contains the medium amount of fluid and/or contents.
