Lost+Brain. its basically death note, with hypnotism instead of a deathnote.
I'm surprised no one has suggested it yet.

Mismarca Koukoku Monogatari. Only one volume of the manga so far in english. Two more in Japanese. And 8 novels in Japanese. Read 7 of the novels and they are excellent. One of my all-time favorite stories from an anime/manga/novel. The main character is completely opposed to violence even though he's a prince of a country at war. He actually declares that he will conquer the continent with words (negotiation/strategic deception) alone. So far the manga is staying close to the novels, and it is definitely worth keeping an eye on even though the beginning is slow.

Not really into sports or car manga, but thanks anyway. Also, I can't read manga with bad art, so Hunter x Hunter and Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji are out. Again, thanks anyway.
Pluto, Spiral, Iris Zero and Lost+Brian have all been added to my wish list. Any more?

I can't bring myself to read Detective Conan . . . it may be a great manga, but I just can't. It looks like it's for 10-year-olds. Kurosagi looks good, though. Also, while I'm not loving the art for Houshin Engi, I don't hate it, so it might be worth checking out. Thanks.
Historie has been on my wish list for a while, so thanks BossKado. Now I have an excuse to read it. 🙂
