Seconding Boy Princess. If you like it, you also may want to check Devil's Bride.
I'm currently reading The Tarot Cafe, the art and the story are really good. While it's not exactly BL, it does have shounen-ai element.

lmao somebody already posted Let Dai, but I really recommended it! It gets pretty sad in some parts, so if that icks you (I know that icks up me a lot) then you might not like.
Uhm, as for a suggestion of my own, I was browsing though some threads and found this, You're So Cool I haven't read it yet, but it was recommended by someone else in another thread for comedy. I'm also going to read it soon! The shounen-ai might be really light though.

you are so cool is a great series but sadly it is a classic shoujo. but it has some little shounen-ai in lasst two volumes i guess. But just a little.. wish there was more 😛

I just started reading Running on Empty, which is interesting so far.
There is also a shounen-ai oneshot in Hwa, which is by the same author as The Summit.
Story #4 (The Night Has a Thousand Eyes) of Pure Love Stories is another shounen-ai oneshot. Quite a creepy one.
