Family Complex
Maybe not what you meant but it has older brother with a complex for his younger brother. It's really funny. Same mangaka as Kakumei no Hi which I saw on your list.

Koukou Debut (brother complex isn't the main theme but it sort of simmers beneath and only comes out as the plot of one of the later chapters)
Fruits Basket (all kinds of complexes in that one, Ayame's brother complex for Yuki is cute)
