Well there used to be alot of compition. However now the best is Atlantica Online but in about maybe 6 months TOR (The Old Republic) will destroy all other mmorpgs.

Hmm... I ended up playing Guild Wars for a few years until just before EotN came out, but it was mainly due to friends/a good guild, not necessarily gameplay...So I'd have to say World of Warcraft. It got boring after a while which is why I quit playing.. .But it had tons of variety and a pretty cool world to explore. 🤣

I used to play WoW for years, it's very well made and constantly being undated and ballanced. So I'll throw my vote in there.

Personally I'm not that interested in the Star Wars MMO, the old repulic games were good but I just can't get interested in the setting. For now I'm waiting to see if the promised 40K MMO ever comes out, with a universe like 40K to build an RPG in it could be the most badass MMO ever.

I no longer play anything like this but back
then RO was the shit. Never really got into
WoW. There's Warcraft III (and hopefully
IV soon too!) out there where I can
make maps and play cool stuff, so why would
I want to kill 15 wolves and whack NPCs?

i voted for world of warcraft. I have been playing for like two years now and there are still a lot more things to do and the population on the servers just keeps growing, which i think says a lot about the quality of the game. Although i am really looking forward to see how the new star wars mmo turns out.

Hmm I'd have to say Nexon's Mabinogi would be the best that I've played ^^ Been playing well over a year and it has the most unique gameplay I've ever seen! 😉

Pfft, thats easy... uh.. uhm.. no~ theres too many >_<

My vote would go to sword of the new world (Grando Espada), now known as Sword 2 (god knows why)... whats not to like about over 60 characters... and you can have them all on one acount 😀 ~

WoW. I was never quite sucked into anything as much as that game. Everything just pales in comparison. Even now, after 2 years of not playing it, I miss it terribly, and think about it at least once a week (sounds like an ex I never got over. 🤢 ). Honestly, if given the choice, I would have never stopped playing it. (My account got hacked, and of course I didn't have the CD key needed to get it back. T_T)

Sigh... I was a level 72 Troll Hunter.

I spent many years playing Ragnarok Online since it was first released in NA. (I started playing when I was is second grade... -.-") I just suddenly stopped playing it a couple years ago, but I still have that huge feeling of nostalgia thinking of that experience.

Now, I've grown some distaste for for what it's become with the Kafra Shops/Donor Items and latest set of job classes. >.>

I lost my cd keys too, but if you registered with your real identity (names, age, country, etc), you can still get your account back by sending them a pic of your ID card or passport, I've done it once.
🤣
