Touka and Uka in Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha
I ship Touka and Uka so hard to the point that I am only reading for their moments more the actual main couple.

I second/third so many of the couples listed above!
like Ritsuka and Kou - Ri-chan is just too cute! (really prefer them over the main couple)
Megumi and Yahiro- they are the only ones I want to see more of from SA.
(and maybe Finn and Ryuu as well)
Sasayan and Natsume

there's also:
Nagihiko and Rima from Shugo Chara - was like obsess with the anime at one point.
for Kimi ni todoke, i'm much more interested in the relationship between Ayane and Pin
(though they ain't a couple) 😛
and Ichigo and Chihiro from Charming Junkie
