I think Girl in Heels has some really interesting/unique art.
It may be unproportional, but it's kind of a nice change from regular shoujo.

Nakamura Asumiko always draws beautiful and alternative artwork.
Lee So Young also has a very unique style, but whether it is attractive or not depends on personal preference.
