How does someone not like to read through synopses? It's like one of my favorite things to do!

I don't really like most of the shoujo on your list but if I could find one that I am currently liking that kinda fits your description would be Sugar Sugar Rune and Peter Pan Syndrome. Granted they are magical girl shoujo but it's the only little girl shoujo I like 😀

But... Pretty Face wasn't bad, IMHO. And I'd also suggest another CLAMP work, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles.

CLAMP have really good manga, mainly shoujo and action together, but i dont like it when the mangas drag on for loads of vols

Germany taxes those things? America doesn't. Long live America, were not everything has a tax. 😀
