I'm looking for a manga to read. Any recommendation(s) would be deeply appreciated.

The manga must meet the criteria:
1- good plot
2- decent artwork
3- slow romance
4- NO harems (reverse harems are acceptable?)
5- NO ecchi, yaoi, yuri, or slut!
*Recommendations do NOT have to be limited to japanese manga; manwha, manhua, and webtoons can be just as good. As for the genres, anything that does not contradict 4 and 5 is fine, however, I would prefer something with comedy.

As for the characters...
The female protagonist:

  • smart
  • strong; either mentally or physically, preferably both (the heroine can be weak at first, but it is fine if she become stronger, such as in Akatsuki no Yona)
  • somewhat dense (I don't like it if the heroine is lovey-dovey or extremely dense till it's annoying)
  • dark hair (black and long if possible!)

The male protagonist:

  • good looking
  • falls in love with the heroine first
  • strong and capable

For reference these are the manga/manhua/manwha that I have greatly enjoyed!!...

  • Joou no Hana
  • Amercan Ghost Jack
  • Feng Ni Tian Xia
  • Last Game
  • Gokusen
  • Hatenkou Yuugi/ Dazzle
  • Nekota no Koto Ga Ki Natte Shikatanai
  • Saver
  • Chang Ge Xing
  • Koi wa Hito no Hoka
  • Live or Not
  • Akatsuki no Yona
  • Ouran High School Host Club
  • Kenjutsu Komachi

To avoid from recommending me what I have read....(in other words, these are what I have read)

  • Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
  • Special A
  • Otome Yokai Zakuro
  • Bameur Geonneun Seonbi
  • Joou-sama no Inu
  • Noragami
  • Tendou-Ke Monogatari
  • Saiunkoku Monogatari
  • Kaichou-kun no Shimobe
  • Beauty Game
  • Absolute Witch
  • Sugar Family
  • Keishichou Tokuhanka 007
  • Faster than a Kiss
  • Crazy Girl Shin Bia
  • My Little Monster
  • Love in the Mask
  • He's Dedicated to Roses
  • Hot Blooded Woman

Whew! That is long!!!
I'm sorry if I'm very picky. (bows) But I have spent the last month searching for manga (since the ones I like haven't been updated yet)... So I need all the help I can get.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!! ^-^

All of the following have slow romance, decent plot and artwork:
Dengeki Daisy smart, strong female lead
Charming Junkie has crossdressing at first btw
Hana Kimi except this one the girl falls in love first
Love So Life really cute manga
Reimei no Arcana guy falls in love first, strong female and male lead
Koi Dano Ai Dano smart female lead, guy falls in love first
in case you want to read its prequel, it is Warau Kanoko-sama

I found a lot of manga with good heroines, but I don't think any of them have long black hair. Sorry.

Basara - the only problem with this one is the art isn't so good. It's a really compelling fantasy/sci-fi manga, and similar to a lot of the ones listed.

Skip Beat! - ongoing. Has a lot of comedy

Some others that are close to what you asked for (mostly strong heroines):

Versailles no Bara (old, from 1970s. A classic.)
Koi da no Ai da no (comedy)
Kimi wa Pet (comedy)
Kanata Kara
Horimiya (comedy)
Cheese in the Trap (webtoon) (love triangle with two guys)
Back to the Highteen (comedy) (webtoon)
Juuni Kokuki (novel series. There's an anime too. The protagonist is irritating at first but quickly becomes awesome.)
