You can't always tell the truth..
Sometimes you must lie (but when you must, it like when you're in a drastic situation)..

I try to lie as little as I can, because when I lie, even when it benifits me and is for my own well-being, I feel bad afterwards...
But sometimes, telling a "white lie" such as-the other day, a friend of mine bought a pair of these ugly shoes.. I just hated them... But I told her they were not my taste, and I don't like that color in general.. she said other people told her they were ugly and she seemed sad.. can help others to feel better about themselves..

I tell a lie to only benefit myself, or to help another. When it would be of serious matter I would tell the truth. When it comes down to a business no matter the subject, I'm truthful. Juggling with life's course is not something you can toy with.

I lie.. every single day.

Well to tell the TRUTH I also LIE on a daily basis, not for the big things but for every other thing, it gets me by day by day

I really like telling the truth, lie occasionally, and it isn't really lying when you just omit things people never asked to know...IMO

Depending - I think it's okay to tell justified lies as long as it's beneficial to both sides. In any case, not everyone is completely honest with everything.

I'm a utilitarian so i follow the belief of do what you should for the greatest common good, and if that includes lying then I'll lie. The greatest common good can be anything from preventing someone with a weak heart or something to die from shock of like say their husband or wife dying to saving my own ass when i get a bad grade on a test 😛 .

i voted for telling the truth, cause i don't really like to lie...but if it helps me or a friend, I'll do it without a second thought.

Lying is often a necessity, not just justified. I'm not saying that malicious lies are necessary, but you have to lie occasionally. Being blunt all the time can end up with some extremely negative results, just as much as lying all the time does. Finding a balance is best.
