Simply said, a girly boy (no need to be shorter/younger/whinny) but just effiminate - falls in love with girl (NO SHORT HAIR!) preferably kinda normal girl or girl with personality and not outright u kno, tomboyish. I would like a canon couple for the manga.

I'm not sure about the girl in the story (can't remember not tomboyish though) but as for an effeminate guy the first manga which comes to mind is Otomen (and he's hot XDD). 🤣
