I read it in Chinese, but I really liked the series. I would rate it higher, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the ending. In any case, it's worth reading if you haven't already.
It's one of those manga that, from the first 17 chapters at least, is kind of different from the summaries here without ruining the plot. It was a very nice experience to read this manga all the way to the first 17 chapters, and if you see this one in a bookstore, borrow or buy this and get a good feel of the story. It could be a pretty nice read.
