Description
In the spring of Kyoko's first year in high school, Eiko, a girl like a sister to her, returns with her younger brother, Jiro.
The return isn't that big of a deal, but Jiro (self-proclaimed super mad scientist) has it in his head that he wants to operate on Kyoko! And, what's even more, the two of them are actually high ranking members of an evil organization on the run from the heroes of justice!
As if high school didn't have enough problems already, now she has to deal with these two living with her.

It feels that way, after all it's a comedy manga whose jokes became stale around chapter 40. This is another "kick the dog" shonen manga, admittedly it is amusing in the beginning. But the characters devolve over time, all the people surrounding Jiro begin to only display the worst (more like most annoying) traits of humanity. I read up to chapter 69 but am calling it quits from here, this kind of manga is not my cup of tea. Also was I the only one who wanted to hit the heroine really hard?

Tbh, I loved this manga. At first I read the first two chapters and quit. But since I was out of mangas to read, I came back to it again and decided to continue. I loved it. Its one of the best mangas I've read. And once I started advancing through the story, I felt like the artwork was starting to feel great(or maybe its just me). Jiro is probably what makes the manga so amazing. His characters has an amazing design that is different than the typical main character of all the recent mangas. Kyouko may have bad artwork at the beginning but her character is great and she starts looking cute at later chapters.
this is actually one of the mangas that I look forward for every week, unlike the many mangas I've been forcing myself to read lately. I really missed the feeling where my heart felt joy when a new release is out.
@kirco0 the evil organization not being evil is the irony in the manga. The evil organization is just a gag, how are you expecting it to be serious? Dont give a low rating just because you expected the manga to be a genre not to your liking. You dont see my going to mecha animes and giving low ratings coz I dont like the genre.

I don't care much about how the heroine looks or how other characters come to be attracted to her. What bothers me is that the evil organization isn't evil in any way. Now this isn't a situation of 'people call them evil, but they're just misunderstood', the characters in the evil organization call themselves evil, but go around doing acts of good will and charity. That makes the whole point of the title and motives of the characters moot. For ruining my expectations from start to current, I can't give it a high score.

There's a list of shit I can pull out of my ass for in-depth analysis but I'll hold off on it.
I agree that this shouldn't be getting such low rating as a 1/10 for a heroine that's not stimulating your hormones. If you want beauty, hot heroine, then there's a whole lot of image board out there to suit your preference. This is not it.
Now my gripe. I can't come to understand why the female lead would lead every male fighting for her with dropped jaws, drooling. Appearance? ...average...male. Unique? maybe athletic...? There's something wrong here. I suppose we could turn our heads off and read it as-is w/o further questions.
I wholeheartedly agree that Jiro's sister would be a much better main female support and especially a possible love interest of his. We might even find out later that they're not related and much more than childhood friend deep down inside...? :-)
I can't continue reading this anymore. There's nothing of interest. Character support is there but development is misplaced in unlikeable characters. With that, it drags the story down. If there is something that kept me attached to it, I would read on, but this is pretty much the point where one drops a title and wait another year to see its progress.

Although the female lead isn't very good looking, which might lead to the question why so many guys like her; the series in all is quite funny. The story moves at a good pace, there isn't many "filler" chapters. It's a nice get away from mangas with either the pretty, overly cute main characters and the pathetic, weak ones.
Two other on the side comment:
1) If you read a mange solely for a pretty drawing then go to an image board or look at art books or something, it'll much prettier. Manga need both the story of the novel and good drawing.
2) I know that the series doesn't deserved a 10/10 BUT giving it a 1/10 just to bring the average rating down is just plain childish.

Nice comedy/school life/romance (in this order) manga.
I dont agree with users that want different heroine, i have seen schoolgirl-supermodels as heroines a lot in this genre and it started to bore me..
Might as well change Jiro to your typical sports/academics/looks failiure and make it another story when an idiot gets the best girl (or a few of them) in the end...
Funny and somewhat fresh manga.
I rate it 9/10 but gave it 10 to counter low-raters that were just looking for some boobs/panties/bishoujos/whatever~

This is a slightly weird funny manga. The main characters (a iron board and an evil scientist) are really endearing and the plot (is there one?) is not very cliché (yay!).
I recommend this to anyone (although guys just looking for a manga to stare at girls this isn’t for you).
I don’t know quite why so many people refer to it as shounen; to me it’s kind of like a shoujo with a hint of shounen, a bit on the borderline between the two genres like Beck.

I give 1. Don't tell me. I am giving such rate on purpose. The average rate should drop. It's too high. I really hate such look of heroine. You guys know; we are not reading a NOVEL. We are reading a MANGA. Why should I sacrifice my time to see such an ugly character? Unless some interesting transform of that heroine happens, I won't let this manga to have such high score.

| I really love this manga and look forward to it every week. I wish Eiko was a bit of a bigger character, not the main heroine, but just shown more often. It's so funny, and the characters are very unique. I would highly recommend it. |
