Hahaha this manga is insaaaaane. It was the first manga I ever read and thus it does hold a fond place in my heart, but really, it's actually kinda awful. But kinda awful in a good way. It's like a love triangle gone super wrong and crazy, but kinda done right as well since at some points you really don't know who the main character will end up with (although more experienced shoujo readers probably would know...) but yeah, by the end, I realized it's really kinda stupid, but somehow i still like it, perhaps since it's my first manga... The character development is pretty good in the first half, but I feel like after a certain point they start focusing on the drama too much and the plot just spins out of control. Although by the end she ends up with someone, you really doubt how long the relationship will last because of all the swinging she does within the series...

I just started to watch the anime and it's not half bad. I mean, yeah it's the usual shojo manga, but at the same time it has a "real life" aspect to it. The artwork isn't the worst i've seen in a manga, and the storyline isn't half bad either. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves the romance/drama genres. To tell the truth, this isn't something i'd pick up again though...

I read this manga a few years ago and i liked it. After reading the comments on this site i had to reread it because i was shocked by the number of unsatisfied people. I think the plot was very good. The situations may be a little over exaggerated but they can also be believable. I don think Momo was a bitch. She's a teenage girl. Pretty or not it believable that a teenage girl cant decide what she wants and has a tough time making real friends. When one guy dumps u, move to the next. Sae was a good character too. Females can be that malicious. The manga really did have many cliche parts but so does life. I think people are being to critical. It's a romance story thats meant to be based on struggles with love. What were you expecting?

I for one enjoyed the series. It bought back memories of reading a simple good manga.

When I first started out reading this series, I really loved it. But now I hate it. Why? Because of the frustration I had when I watched each situation unfolds. No, it wasn't Sae's fault. Sae played the perfect manipulative villain. 2 thumbs up for Sae. She's the total star of this series.

What frustrated me was Momo. She's supposed to be the heroine of the story. More of the victim of the story instead. Momo pisses the hell out of me and she's so....how do I say it? Weak? Indecisive? Stupid? Or all of the above? And she didn't even end up with her first crush. I guess good guys in this series are doom to be girlfriend-less. Sure, the shoujo-cliche of having the boy saving the girl isn't uncommon, but to have her not able to stand up on her and tackle the problem by herself? Come on, I want to see some girl power here! No damsel in distress!

What started out with a good potential story ended up be the worst story you want to read. Avoid it at all cost.

I never really could get into this manga. I found that Momo really didn't stand up and prove to anyone that she wasn't the way they thought she was - rather all she did was allow suspions to fester by acting out like she has something to hide while always pushing forward her lil-miss-perfect image. Strangely enough though, I found myself liking Sae. Although she is cruel and petty, after reading 'Sae's Story' it isn't like you can say she had the perfect home life. The justice that was served to her at the end of the series, in my opinion, was stupid. 'Boo-hoo, realizing that Momo was one of her only true friends'? Please! Gag me cuz Momo although she didn't outright do anything nasty, she was was just as Sae.

i really cant say i hate momo.. i mean most people wouldv/e done the same things she did in most of the situations... she had it hard but kiley was always there for her... i love him!!!!! i swore i would tear the book if kiley had a sad ending.. yay i didnt tear the book!!!! anyways gr8 manga but most of the time you'll feel like swearing and give up reading it.....

I really don't know what to say. I love this manga because it was one of the first mangas I read that got me into the manga world but the plot.. is so weak! LOL it's full of cliches. I couldn't stand how the mangaka kept on making their lives harder and harder. And all this revolved around love and how Momo didn't trust her S/O (significant other). What was the outcome for Toji? And how come she's all chummy chummy with Sei towards the end? Eh..I read this manga twice ( reread it again this time but i skipped the first 8 volumes) for the hell of it but I wouldn't want to read it again

Honestly, if you can stand it after volume 3 then you should be able to read the series. The first few volumes...are...how to say this...insanely annoying. I don't recall ever bring this pissed off at a manga. Momo is dense and extremely gullible for the firt few volumes, she gets better later though. And her rival is a total "female-dog"...nothing good about her at all.

I pretty much read the first 2 volumes.
Got sick of it.
Momo is a bitch,
and the guys are not even that hot.
Hell no am i going to read 16 more volumes !

If you wanna know who is the worst heroine ever in shoujo manga, here she is. "MoMo" remember her name.
People said she is indecisive ,NO, she isn't. She just can't think anything at all. I wanna know how much of her IQ maybe less than 40IQ. I'm glad for toji that he can finished escape from this hell but feel sadly for poor kairi ,he is in deepest level of hell.
