I'm looking for a detective manga where the protagonist is a deductive genius, like Sherlock Holmes.

---- Other people should be stumped by the detective's genius. 😀
---- Doesn't have to be a traditional 'detective,' but the mysteries must involve detective work.
---- Episodic mysteries leading up to a greater, all-encompassing mystery.
---- Intelligent storytelling and snappy dialogue.
---- NO ECCHI, but mature content is okay.

Ayatsuri Sakon and Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo - sadly, scanlations are unlikely to continue.

Hyakka Teien no Higeki is completely outside your specifications (it's only 1 volume long); but if you're interested in a very unique detective story, you should try it.

The only ones I've read from your recs are Detective Conan and Ayatsuri Sakon! That leaves me PLENTY of new material!

(Oh, and supernatural mysteries are also okay, as long as the meat of the detection is done via deduction. So, like, a really clever exorcist who can figure things out from clues and minimal details is also ok. Just thought I should say so.)
