Believe it or not, I just finished reading the manga from my last request and found that I liked Veritas best.
So um....yeah a manga that has to do with the main character slowely getting power boosts.

I was looking for the same kind of thing. All I can think of at the moment is Hajime no Ippo, since he gets like a new move, or some insight before/during every fight basically.
